cisco 7945 firmware

Hello All, we just recieved the CP-7945 phones.

one of the phone on connecting is trying to upgrade the firmware.

the current firmware on the phone is 9-3-1.

the latest which i can download from cisco website is 9-2-1 which will not work in my case.

 

so i need your suggestions for this issue.

What call processor are you trying to register this to?

What firmware are you trying to go to?  If it's on 9-3-1 why do you want to go to 9-2-1?

The currently shipping 794X phones come with newer hardware revision which do not work with firmware older than 9-3-1. There have been many posts on this topic.
