Cisco 7960 sccp phone not showing "Extension Mobility" in services

Hello,

Can someone help me with the below issue?

When we press the "services" button on the phone, it never shows "Extension Mobility" option.

Checked "Enable Extension Mobility" checkbox and set the "Default logout 7960" profile.

Tried subscribing Extension Mobility service to the phone. But no luck.

Tried Factory reset of the phone. But no luck.

Please advise on this.

CUCM version?

Was the phone registered to this same cluster before?

Have you tried unsubscribing and subscribing again?

Is the default profile subscribed to EM as well?
