Hi,

i have a cisco 7962 that is getting the wrong time, my config is right as my cisco 6942 is getting the right time.

does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Hi Chris,

Can you confirm if these SIP phone or SCCP Phones?

SIP Phones can directly get the time from NTP server(Phone NTP reference) but SCCP Phones get its time from CUCM (date-time-group)..
