It seems the phone is not responding to the Call control system. I am pretty sure that this is happening with only one phone. You may need to RMA this particular phone.
You may want to send me ccm trace for this phone. Once you unplug and plug back the phone, note down the time and send the traces. We can see what is causing the lights to lit up. If Call control is doing it, it should do for all phones and not one particular phone,
Does anyone here know if there is a way to edit the default message that plays when you forward a voicemail to another user? It says "enter the extension and press pound." We need it to say "enter the 10-digit extension and press pound".
