Cisco 7965 Lights issue

Hi,

I am facing LED's  issue in cisco 7965 IP phone.   All the LED's over phone will be in on state but the phone works as usual with out any issue.PFA Snap shot of the phone.

Steps taken to trouble shoot:

done factory reset and upgraded the phone to 9.0.3 version, but the problem doesn't resolve.

Please provide the solution if anybody has resolved this type of issue.

Hi,

It seems the phone is not responding to the Call control system. I am pretty sure that this is happening with only one phone. You may need to RMA this particular phone.

You may want to send me ccm trace for this phone. Once you unplug and plug back the phone, note down the time and send the traces. We can see what is causing the lights to lit up. If Call control is doing it, it should do for all phones and not one particular phone,
