I have a few Cisco 7965 that I'm trying to configure without CUCM. The firmware that I can use is 8-3-5, but when using the firmware provided by Cisco website it is not getting past the term65.default. If I use the most recent firmware available 9-4-2, which is too high of a firmware it pulls down everything but I'm getting an error when it is trying to pull down the .tlv and cnf.xml files. Please advise if there is an issue 8-3-5 with the correct term65.default.
