Sennheiser SC230 is connected to the Cisco 7965G headset modular receptacle via a RJ9 connector (Sennheiser cable P/N 05362 or CSTD 01). Cisco 7965G audio preference is configured for a wideband headset. The Cisco 7965G is not producing dial tone through the Sennheiser SC230 single-side headset.
