Cisco 7970 Speed Dial buttons

I have a few Cisco 7970s in my environement. When I create a speed-dial button (either through IOS or on the phone) the button does not appear in the free button on the right. I usually restart the phone after creating the speed dial and still no speed dial button on the right. Any thoughts?

Try doing the Factory Reset and this might resolve the issue for you.
