I have a 7975 SIP phone unit and today the network port dont work anymore. Was showing only ethernet disconnected. I tried all ways i saw on the forum, change all cables, but on wall power, poe, and nothing worked, the phone starts on poe but dont have network connection like in power wall.
I did a software reset but nothing changed.. i did a hard reset, same old.
Any way to use the access port to connect to SIP? also, now i need to use access port to load TFTP to cause of the hard reset.
