Hi guys,
Customer complaining about 8800 series phones that returning to the initial screen from corporate directory is at least it takes two steps.
Guide says "If you press and hold Back, you exit a menu completely" but it is not working.
In the 7800 and 7900 series phones just pressing to directory button provides returning main screen if it is directory menu activated.
It can be same in the 8800 series phone in the feature updates ?
Current software of 8800 phones : sip88xx.12-0-1SR1-1
