Is option 150 configured on your dhcp scope with the tftp server ip address?

If the deivce pack was installed to add the 8811 phones as a device type, a reboot of the call managers are required.

If the device pack was only upgrading firmware, no reboot is required.

Device pack should be installed on all servers, then do a cluster reboot.

Optin 150 is correct cauz i see the correct TFTP server ip address on Alternat TFTP server

however i didn't install Device pack on all servers only on the pub and only restart TFTP services

to confirm

we need to install device pack on server

and restart the cluster ?

Yes, install on all servers, then reboot cluster.

Reboot pub first, once its up and running, then reboot the subscriber.

I restart host machine pub first and then sub tfpt server sec

still getting same resuult

tftp timeout

no trusted list install

Which device pack was installed?

tftp timeout sounds like its not talking to the tftp server.

[+5] to cehill.

you upload the Device Pack 8.6(2)(26157-1) and same can be downloaded from below link

https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?i=!y&mdfid=283782839&softwareid=282074299&release=8.6%25282.26144%2529&os=

This would upgrade the firmware for all other models deployed.
