Cisco 8831 Conference Phone flip registration

Hi All,

Have anyone faced this kind of problem with this Cisco 8831 Conference Phone?

We just installed the unit yesterday, initially everything goes well. The phone pickup the IP config, TFTP and then download the firmware (sip8831.9-3-3-5) and got registered. But then a couple of minutes later, I noticed that it goes unregistered from CUCM and when I checked on the phone itself it shown "Phone not registered". Then few minute later register back, this keep repeating until today.

CUCM version 8.5.1.13900-5

We have few other similar model deployed through out our regional site office, only this have this kind of issue.

Appreciate your idea or opinions regarding this.

Phone look okay for now, what i did just now was;

Apps > Admin Setting > Reset Settings > Security

We have the same issue even resetting like you did the issue comes back.  Try flashing to the latest firmware.
