We have few of the Cisco 8831 Conference Phones, we don't use the CUCM to set up the phones. We set up the phones through the CLI commands, the issue that we are having is the Speed dials are not showing up on the screen. If I press the arrow button down, it says speed dials not configured. We did configure them just like the 8841 phones, which are working fine. What we are missing in the config? I would like to get some help please, if anyone has an idea.
