Running CUCM 10.5, and just purchased a 8831 phone. The keypad is stuck with the Cisco Logo and CUCM shows the following " Inactive Load Failure Reason Internal Phone Error"
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue:

The 8831 requires a stepped upgrade to get to 10-3-1 from 9-3-3. Please see this document for the procedure.
