We have deployed Cisco 8831 in our Remote site and we are facing frequent registration issues. We also have 7821 and 8945 deployed along with these phones but they have no issues. When we checked the syslog for the reason code, it had 10 & 24. The phone has unregistered more than 400 times in the past 11 hours. I have attached the syslog for reference.
We have these phones deployed in our main office and have no issues. The MAC address of the affected phones are AC44F212FA6A & AC44F212FE5B. The firmware version is sip8831.9-3-3-5
Do we need to modify the timer values in SIP profile to resolve this issue or is there any other fix for this issue ??
