Hello all. I hope this is the correct sub forum for my question as it is related to third party firmware for the cisco ip phones. We are trying to see if there is any way to program the keys on the phone with speed dials but actually make them so they pick lines other than the first line. I know that the main way to dial out with a speed dial from a different line is to first press the desired line that has an account configured and then press the speed dial button but if there was, a function or a way to program the phone to do it directly with the press of a button that would be amazing.
