Hi
I am trying to configure speed dial configuration for cisco 8841 IP phones. As per the phone it has 10 keys. Out of which left 4 can be configured for DNs and speed dials. The rest 5 keys on the right hand side can be configured for call features as per the cisco document.
got an user who wants to have 10 speed dials configured.
Can we accommodate the 10 numbers both right and left hand side of the phone screens? Or only we can configure only 3 speed dial for 8841 phones?

In the phone config in CUCM set the parameter "Line Mode" to "Enhanced Line Mode"

Yes and after changing the line to enhanced line mode , I am able to get all the 8 speed dials in the phone screen and enabled.
