Our cisco phones keep freezing around every 6 weeks, the phones we have are CP-8841-3PCC and they appear to be on the latest firmware as the software version is sip88xx.11-3-1MPP-697.loads
Has anyone else had this issue and does anyone know of a fix for this?
Could you please verify the platform that you use (CUCM or CME) and if this issue appears to other models, if any on your enviroment?
My question was mostly to identify the PBX platform you use (Cisco Call Manager or Cisco Call Manager Express) and if you are not the Administrator of this you may need to consult your IT Team.
Nevertheless, please can you also consider the option of upgrading your phones' firmware as described on this thread?
