Good day.
We have two 8841 phones installed in the Call Center. One of them constantly reboots about 1 time per day.
According to RTMT data, the reason for reloading is CTL / ITL file update:
Severity: Error
DeviceName = SEP8480XXXXXXXXXX
UNKNOWN_PARAMTYPE: StatusCode = 1
Enum Definitions - StatusCode:
1 - Update to new CTL and / or ITL success.
What could be the reason?

does this document apply to your configuration? IP Phone Security and CTL (Certificate Trust List)
that is: do you have this additional security enabled?

What is the reason from the phone webpage? Do you have any errors about firmware on the phones screen? Have you performed a factory rest on the device?

No reason from the phone webpage.
No errors.
Factory reset didn't help.
