Cisco 8841 Showing Called Number instead of CallerID

Hello,

I have a group of new Cisco 8841 K9 Phones, SW load sip88xx.12-7-1-0001-393 . When these phones receive a call, they show the calledID on the display instead of the callerID. Can you advise on where I might change the presentation of these calls on the display to show callerID?

You need to provide a call flow, and what product the phones are registering to get any help.
