Cisco 8845 - can't remove 3rd party firmware

I ordered a box of Cisco 8845's to deploy out at a new branch location. It appears that for some reason a handful of them have some type of 3rd party firmware loaded on them. The phone comes up and shows only the day/time. The other phones are the same model but came right up just fine. We confirmed this was not an issue with the switchport configuration or anything like that. It's most definitely something on these particular phones. I've read several Cisco articles on this but can't find anything that will load these up with the latest standard firmware. We are using Call Manager 12.5.1.14900  -63 in case that helps. Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer a little guidance!

The phones can be converted from 3PCC to Enterprise image for a fee.

Look at your PO, if you didn't buy 3PCC devices call your vendor to let him know about this and arrange them swapping those for devices with enterprise FW.

If you mistakenly ordered 3PCC devices also call your vendor and discuss the possibility of you swapping them for the right devices.
