Is it possible to mark phonenumbers as spam so they will be blocked? I see this is possible in v12.7+ firmware versions but i cannot find any newer firmware than 11.3 for our device.

Thanks in advance

You were looking at enterprise FW documentation, while you have 3PCC FW. Enterprise FW is already on 12.8 while 3PCC FW is on 11.3

AFAIK that feature is only available in enterprise FW.

Make sure you're looking at 3PCC FW documentation.

Depends on what call management server you are using.

Asterisk-based has a module called Blacklist.

Finally, spam callers always spoof their numbers and blocking spoofed numbers without STIR/SHAKEN will be difficult if you have to "play by the rules".  Shouting at the spammers, calling them with expletives, hanging up, etc. will not work.  The fact that someone has picked up the phone means the number (or range of numbers) will be in their "hit list" they share among gangs.

If you want something that will work, you will need to implement Lenny.  Once the spam callers find out your (range of) numbers have Lenny, and you are not afraid to use it, the scammers will remove your number(s) from their list.
