Cisco 8851 with KEM doesn't come online

Hello,

I had a Cisco 8851 with KEM working in a Webex workspace, I deleted the workspace and added the 8851 under a user and now the KEM does not come online. If I go under the phone's "configure layout" settings I see the option to configure the KEM keys. I've factory reset the phone, deleted it from the user and re-added it without any luck. I also have removed the KEM, factory reset the phone, got it back online and connected the KEM without an luck.

You need to specify the KEM model locally on the phone under Settings > User Preferences > Attendant Console > KEM Type. The original KEM with 18 buttons is "BEKEM" while the newer KEM with 14 buttons is "CP-8800-Audio." See the Cisco IP Phone Key Expansion Module chapter of the MPP Admin Guide.
