Cisco 8861 phone background image not working

Hi I have updated the List.xml file in the correct folder and uploaded the images.

Restarted TFTP servers.

I was able to successfully view and set the image on one phone.

Rest of the same model phones does not show the new images. It shows default images only.

Why does the phone unable to download the file?

Please upload images on each phones manually and also check the firmware .

Image resolution vary as per the firmware .

Please rate useful comment .

How can I apply image manually?

background image working and non-working phone are of same firmware

Open Phone configuration >> Search 'Background Image' >> type image name >> select check box >> Save > apply config > reset > Restart .

Check device logs for resolution ....

Please refer this doc might be this is useful for you ... For resolution check logs or read release notes of firmware .
