Hi There,
I have a Cisco IP 8861-3PCC registered to Webex Cloud Calling. The phone can make and received calls but I can't change any settings or even out the phone in DND. I am getting a prompt to sign in and its just asking for a password. I have no idea what the password is. I tried to do a factory reset but I have had no luck.
Any thoughts?3

You'll need to speak to your Webex Calling org admin

I have had the same thing happen to some phones randomly as well. I am an admin and I don't see a setting for this. What we've done in the past is remove the device and add it back to the User's account. This resolved the issue but I would like to know exactly what's happening to cause the issue.
