Cisco 8861 "verify your internet connection" when entering access code

Hello!

I recently purchased a cisco 8861 IP phone and plan to use webex calling. I have everything set up, the phone is connected to the internet. When I try to enter the activation code, it says "verify your internet connection. If the problem persists, contact your service provider.". In the status messages it gives this error: Address resolution failure: gds.huron-dev.com

Please help!

That is from what I know not a FQDN that is part of Webex Calling services. Are you sure that the phone has MPP software on it and not Enterprise software?
