Hello All
we recently purchased few 8861 sip phones, i confugured that with cme through fast track, problem is i am unable to see corporate directory when pressing contacts button. other phones like 78xx and 39xx showing proper,
any idea or hint which can help

Two things off the top of my head, a search will reveal more for you:
Make sure the .cnf.xml files are there after you re-create the files and reboot the phones. If they arn't, then your phone isn't pulling it's configuration. You might need to debug the tftp and watch it request the file for more help.

this is sip phone not sccp phone,
in sip phones profile is created in
voice register global
create profile
the meaning of "fast track" there is no pre type defined to add phones, u have to create a pool for similar type
google will help u on this ;)

I made a basic mistake of misreading your post, there is no reason to demean or make statements that I don't understand something. I saw a phone then saw "CME", I'm sorry for inconveniencing you, someone else can help if they want at this point.
