I just received new Cisco 8861 but I don't see the Bluetooth menu and by the way I'm not able to have web access.

What can I do?

Most likely because the phone is loaded with Enterprise image.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Is the phone going to get connected to a Cisco-based call manager or a 3rd party call manager?

Ok, so you'll need a few things:
1. SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml file;
2. Firmware of the phone;
3. Dialing plan file;
4. DHCP Option 150; and
5. TFTP server.
