cisco 8865 registered to cucm 11.5 but not getting video ...

Help :) 

I have CUCM 11.5 cluster Pub and SUB

I have three CISCO 8865's SIP configured on the call manager. 

Calls work audio only.  

Stuck where to look. 

Checked the devices on the CUCM that video is enabled ... 

any help what other settings to check on  ??

check the device pool and the location if you can pass video.
