Does someone knows if CUCM register's 8875 will have cloud meetings (using webex edge or other way)?
It is odd that when register on cloud does have this capacity but on prem does not..

Anything forward-looking requires an NDA so we can’t discuss it here; ask your Cisco account team about possible roadmap details. I suggest having a business case ready and a really good reason why cloud calling isn’t an option.
What I can say is that CUCM is missing a major component necessary to make this work: Hybrid Calendar. Cisco has solved for this with Room and Desk Series endpoints using the Webex Edge for Devices (aka cloud-aware) approach but those devices also run an entirely different firmware train than desk phones do.
