Cisco 88xx 3PCC --> Asterisk star codes issue.

Hi all,

I'm trying to get a Cisco 8851 and a 8841 (3PCC) fully working with my asterisk pbx.

I've already configured almost all functionalities (BLFs, voicemail, regional settings, call fw, DND) but i'm having a problem with star codes.

For example, from other telephones if i call "*986000" them activate the *98 starcode on the 6000 extension.

On this phone if i dial (or program a BLF to do that) "*986000" it only act as i dial *98 then require me to manually digit "6000".

Is there an option to make this automatic?

Check the dial plan on the Ext tab and add *xxxxxx
