Cisco 8945 - trying to load sip firmware

I recently download cmterm-894x-sip.9-2-3-5.cop.sgn and installed it to our CCM version 7.1.5.33900-10.  After I rebooted, it still isn't showing the sip firmware.

What else do I need to know to be able to use the firmware?

You may need to install the latest device pack for 7.1.5 to include the db change to support SIP 8945.
