We have Cisco 8961 with Firmware sip8961.9-3-1-33.
Numbers in our corporate directory start with a +.
If someone dials from there a number. We have the following issue. During the call the Cisco 8961 can resolve the calling name. But after the call, in the call history the called number is shown with the called name "unknown".
I opened a case on this a while ago as the same happens on 9971 SIP phones and they treated it as feature enhancement. I did not get a firm date when this will be addressed, but they stated it is on the roadmap.
