Cisco 8961

                   I'm running Cisco UCS call manager ver 9.1 with Cisco 8961 Phones . some of the phones received a reboot for a few second and came back up . i have checked call manager trace log and there is no downtime releate issue

i have looked at the sw and everythings looks good . the sw log didnot indecate downtime

 

any suggestion what look for?

Sounds like a network issues, review your switches where the phones are connected for clues, issue "sh logging" or review syslog logs if you are collecting those.
