Hello,
I am trying to use 2 Cisco 9971 phones with the Cisco camera USB attachment, with an Asterisk (FreePBX) server. Using a TFTP server and XML config files, the phones are connected and able to call each other. I'm hoping to get the video calling to work as well - but when I connect the camera to the phones an error pops up on the phone screen saying the camera was detected but has been disabled by the administrator.
Additionally in my Asterisk log file it says "Video offer ignored because the port number is 0" .
I'm wondering if the problem is in my XML configuration file or if it may be because I'm using POE power only (TP-LINK switch).
Any help appreciated thank you.

Not sure whether its being done a testbed with Aestrick with 9971 . Since we do take under consideration testing feature based with Cisco to Cisco(not with 3rd Party call-agent with Cisco Phone), still not sure but need to check on this.

<ciscoCamera>1</ciscoCamera>
Check the SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml and ensure the above XML tag is present.
Let us know how you go with getting video calls on FreePBX working. I am interested.

It might sound a bit obvious, but...
Under freepbx: settings/asterisk sip settings: is 'Video Support' enabled?
