Cisco Agent Desktop 10.5 chat service not working when using anyconnect VPN 3.0

When connected locally on LAN, the chat service works fine when i click on chat logo it show up the status (work, ready,logout,talking etc.) When connected to Juniper VPN client it works fine but when connected using anyconnect 3.0 it doesn't show the status but displays as unavailable. Can anyone suggest on this as I am new to UCCX and call manager. Problem seems to be with anyconnect client so cannot rule out anyconnect. But i have triple verified that there is not blocks in terms of ports etc and allowing the required subnets to talk to each other while on VPN. Nothing specific found when capturing traffic on inside interfaces as I can see the traffic return traffic going through though.

Please find the captures for working and non working version for your reference. Please rename it to pcap as it won't accept the defaults and remove the zip extension.
