Those two are the only "partner" solutions but you can also look at
Verint and Telrex
Another product worth mentioning is Calabrio. They do endpoint recording and monitoring (compliance recording) along with Workforce Optimization if you run a non Cisco call center. If you do run a Cisco call center; Cisco has WFO products as well.
I've heard about another company (Verba Technologies) that develops Call Recording software for UCM and CUCME.
Perhaps you want to explore this other option as well.
