Cisco ATA 186 Choppy voice and high ping response

Hi,

I am using Cisco ATA186 with SCCP v 1/1, firmware version 3.10 with CUCME v 7.0. I am getting too much choppy voice and high ping response (above 100ms). What is the issue? ATA's at one location are working fine while at other location same ATAs are getting bad response. Please help.

The issue was caused by some user workstation, that was generating large number of broadcast which, 10mbps /half duplex ATA could not handle.
