Cisco Attendant Console 10 - LDAP sync Directory NOT WORK

Hi,

I just deployed the  Attendant Console 10 and upgraded to 10.5 (Advanced Edition), that is working to sync the CUCM directory, but it was fail to sync the LDAP directory. When I sync the LDAP directory, I can see the source available is "1", but it will become the available synced.

Why the AC 10 sync the LDAP is failed?

Edwin did you ever resolve this Attendant Console 10.x  LDAP problem?  I'm only seeing 1000 contacts in my Directory for some reason.
