I have a user who is trying to log into an attandant console and when he tried it says "already logged in" "do you want to terminate the previous session" and when you choose yes nothing happens. Obviously some assocaition from the backend CCM isnt releasing the old connection. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks guys.

Hi A.K.A,
If you are running CCM 4.X have you tried stopping and starting Cisco TCD (Telephony Call Dispatcher) from the Control Centre?

This surfaced on Friday and I rebooted the cluster over the weekend. I was hoping that would do it and release the process.

The only solution was to delete the acuser account and create another one. I couldnt fix the old one. Apparently something got corrupted.
