Cisco Attendant Console - Department information not displaying
Front desk at corporate uses Attendant Console 11.5 Last week the email and department information stopped displaying for employees. I am unfamiliar with the software and thought maybe a setting was toggled off but could not find anything that would not allow this information to display. Looking for suggestions. I did reboot the server. No change in our environment occurred.
