Hi Guys
We have plan to upgrade CUCM from 9.1 to 11.5 and Cisco attendant console enterprise 9.1.x.
Please advise, which attendant console version is compatible CUCM 11.5?

I'd suggest you upgrade to Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced (Advanced replaced Enterprise) version 11.X which is backwards compatible with CUCM 9.X, this way you can upgrade CUAC ahead of time if you choose to.

Is there anything that need to backup and import to CUAC 11.0 from Enterprise Console Version 9.1.1.2223. ?
Thanks

You need to follow the Attendant Console upgrade guide and release notes which lays out all details step by step.

No, you need to upgrade Attendant Console to be compatible with CUCM 11.5. You can do it either prior to CUCM upgrade or at the same time.

I have downloaded the file "CUACA_SV_11.0.2.10" for upgrade. Is this the file that use both for installation and upgrad ?
Also please advise, I am unable to see the CUAC upgrade option in PUT. What is the upgrade order procedure for CUAC?
Thanks

Yes, the same file is used for upgrades and new installs.
if you don’t see the product on PUT tool you either don’t have current support on it or it’s under different contract.

The install/admin guide for each CUACA release outlines the CUCM compatibility, as well as the client/OS/CUCM compatibility, you need to review that documentation to find one that is suitable for your CUCM version, as well as the OS version you will have in the clients.

You need to request upgrade through PUT tool (cisco.com/upgrade), you can also get temp license from cisco.com/go/ac.
