Hi,
I need to backup all Virtual machines (Pub,Sub,CUPS,CUC) hosted on two UCS servers before implementing a major change. Is there a documented and TAC supported method ? All VMs are managed though a vSphere client and they are not in vCentre. I need to do this as part of my rollback plan, in case we hit any issues.
Thanks,
Atul

Hi Atul,
I suppose u need to take the backup of applications individually.
I was looking through Docwiki which has VMWare Consolidated Backup which says
This feature provides integration with 3rd-party backup utilities so that they can non-disruptively backup the OS and application in a Virtual Machine (VM).
If someone has more ideas , please share.

DRS for all those apps, or copy
