Cisco BE6000S feature list

Hello,

we are looking for a document that lists all the features of a BE6000S; something with the features and their description explained in brief should be enough for us.

Just to be more clear, we are looking for a document similar to the following one, but related to the features of the applications present on a BE6000S (in particular, the CUCM):

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/8800-series/english/adminguide/P881_BK_C136782F_00_cisco-ip-phone-8800_series/P881_BK_C136782F_00_cisco-ip-phone-8811-8841_chapter_01011.html

TIA and regards.

Hello Brandon,

thanks for your quick answer.

unfortunately, the "Cisco Business Edition 6000 Solutions Data Sheet" is not the document that we are looking for...

Let's take a look, for example, to the CUCM: we are looking for a document similar to the "Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 8.5 with 8.6 Data Sheet" (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/7800-series-media-convergence-servers/data_sheet_c78-652908.html), where you can find two lists: the "System Capabilities Summary" and the "Summary of User Features".

We are looking for a document with that setting, but applied to the BE6000S (or to the latest 11.x versions of its main components: CUCM, CUCM IM&P, and CUC).

In fact, just to come back to the example of the CUCM, the latest "Cisco Unified Communications Manager 11.5 Data Sheet" (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/datasheet-c78-737408.html) doesn't have the desired setting anymore...

Regards.

The 6KS just uses downsized virtual machines with a "virtual" limitation regarding users (there's nothing that actually prevents you from going over the limits), that's it, you use the same CUCM ISO you use for any other install, same for all the other products.

You get the same features you would get in any other install (the only major change is that the 100 user OVA for CUC doesn't have UM/SIB, unless you drop another product, and add that vCPU to CUC).

Hello Jaime,

so, the BE6000S/M/H editions of the CUCM don't have any real limitation on the users, is it right? I thought that there was a software check based (for example) on the VM specifications...

Regarding our original request, are there at this point any documents for CUCM, CUCM IM&P and CUC that concisely list all the features for the respective latest versions, and not only the new features, as in the latest data sheets?

Thanks and regards.

No, the install wizard just makes sure the VM specs align with what it's expected and then install the product, no other changes or SW limits are set.

I don't think there's any doc that will tell you each and very single thing the product has (closest thing are the data sheets), you might want to reach out to your local Cisco sales engineer and ask if they have some material you can use.
