Cisco Bulk Provisioning Serviced not appear

Hi,

I've a CUCM cluster with 9.1.2 version.

In the primary CUCM, CBS (Cisco Bulk Provisioning Servicer) appear and it is started and activeted under tool->Control Center - Feature Services, while in the secondary CUCM CBS and Cisco Taps Service don't appear in the list of Database and Admin Services.

How is it possible ?

That's fine. Both these services are hosted only on the publisher server.
