Hello Cisco Community,
we are a company that is currently neither Cisco parnter nor Cisco customer, but we want to evaluate Cisco Call Manager API functionality for a cloud plattform integration. But of course we cannot download the current Cisco Call Manager files.
How to easily get access to files on https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-version-12-5/model.html#~tab-downloads
Is there the need to become a official partner or "customer"? What would you reccommend?

Thx, devnet sandbox is exact what we are looking for. One additional questions: because we try to connect a cloud plattform to CUCM sandbox, is there a way to open connections from sandbox to the internet? I connected to one provided Windows 2012 Server, but could not ping anything outside...
