Hello,
Following article https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/31996/troubleshooting-replication-issues#comment-12195936
I have tried with my client suggested steps to troubleshoot CUCM Database replication problems.
But it does not solve all my client's issue, as some commands must be done as root:
- show tech dbstateinfo
- cdr list serv
- dbl rpchello 172.20.0.1
But we don't have access to root account: apparently, root access to CUCM Publisher is reserved to Cisco TAC Agents.
Could someone please help me on this issue?
Thank you,

Check connectivity between sub and pub on dbl rpc port (tcp 1515)
If working then you need TAC ticket to get root access and check dbl rpc service

Thank you Mohammed for this suggestion: I will ask my client to try this, and I will keep you informed here.

Clément
