Cisco Call Manager trobleshooting

Dear Colleagues,

 

Could you assist me to resolve this issue on my Cisco call Manager 7800. 

The rerror message is bellow.

 

 

/common contains a file system with errors, check forced /common Inodes that were part of a corrupted orphan link list found. /common: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY (i.e. without -a or -p options)

/grub: clean, 26/66520 files, 16820/265072 blocks /partB: clean, 11/3515680 files, 118535/7018396 blocks [FAILED] *** An error occured during the file system check. *** Dropping you to a shell; the system will reboot *** when you leave the shell. Give root password for maintenance (or type Control-D to continue):

This is a file system error that can be due to an unclean shutdown or any other issue. You will need to use the recovery disk for the cucm version that you are running to try and fix the errors. If it does not help then a rebuild of the server would be needed. You can download the recovery iso from cisco.com  , for example for 8.6 version you can download from below
