Cisco CAS troubleshooting ISR 4431

hello, 

if anyone can help here. 

 

both inbound and outbound calls are failing but I can't find in the logs if we are sending the disconnect or its initiated by the carrier just like we do in the regular ISDN. 

all I can see is B-Channel is not set, but b channels are for PRIs and not used in CAS?
