Recently i installed a CCMBE version 6.0 but when a user try to consult the voice mail the unity play the Auto Attendant and didn't play the option to enter the password to login, the user need's to press # and then user and password.
PS: The user has a valid voice mail configured in Unity Conection.
Any ideas to solve the problem?
Look at the routing rules and make sure the attempt sign in is the 1st one.

Can you check direct routing rule, is there any entry that matches the Auto Attendant pilot number.
