Cisco CCME Call-Forward All Issue with SIP Trunk

Hi,

We have the issue where if an internal extension is set to call-forward all over the SIP trunk then the call fails, all other calls work as expected. I wondered if it was related to the number or the SIP detail/message being sent but after testing a regular call versus a call that is forwarded, the information upon first look appears to be correct. Has anyone experienced this same issue and been able to resolve it?

This is a common issue.  Check the ANI and diversion header presentation for the forwarding INVITE out to the provider.  Chances are something is at 4 digits instead of a full E164 number.  Use 'debug ccsip mess' to confirm, and a voice translation profile to fix.
